The Series stresses very immediate and practical results that help leaders validate and improve first their own personal skills and directly impact individual and organization performance.

The UCF Global Leadership Series is designed for business leaders with executive, operating and management responsibilities, or those advancing to that level, who want to measure, analyze, and improve the effectiveness of their own leadership skills and that of their teams and organizations. We have calibrated requirements for individual participation and encourage non-profit, government, academic and military participation.

With The UCF Global Leadership Team, we are building the foundation to bring world class, structured networking (nationwide learning communities) to The UCF Leadership Consortium and high level corporate business units and corporate HRD and performance driven organizations.
